Victoria Boswell is a project manager with Automatic Data Processing, LLC (ADP). She manages a team of instructional developers who produce client and employee training curricula for one of ADP's largest software products, ADP Workforce Now. Victoria has worked in project management since 2001 and is PMP certified.
While at Convergys Corporation, Victoria and her teams were honored with these awards:
- 2012 President’s Circle Award, Convergys Customer Management, in recognition of outstanding team achievements for the Dun & Bradstreet Implementation
- 2007 Brandon Hall Bronze - Best Blended Learning - CDW and Convergys Corporation - Wired Learning Program

Victoria's education includes a master's degree from the University of Phoenix, San Diego campus in Organizational Management and a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton in business administration with a minor in cultural anthropology. Victoria is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2005.
Victoria lives in Carlsbad, California and enjoys coastal living with her husband, Bruce.
